We are a Maritime company which specializes in web sites for small to medium sized companies. We'll take you through the process from concept and design through to the finished product and keep you involved all the way. Ease of use and a clean, uncluttered interface are our hallmarks.
Multimedia
We create CD ROMs for training (see the Department of Health CD in the portfolio section) and information. CDs can incorporate text, animation and video for a total package which is engaging and informative. CDs have moved beyond children's games and are used in industry in many ways from promoting new products to training workers.
Standards
We strive to design using HTML Markup and css standards published by W3C. We do this partly because the Web Design Group has made us aware of the consequences of our actions and we don't want to get a detention but also because it's the right thing to do. Standards are intended to ensure that systems developed for the World Wide Web are accessible to all users, regardless of their Client software configuration. It also means creating leaner pages which translate to lower bandwidth and less money. Sites are forward and backward compatible and work nicely in alternate technologies such as wireless and hand-held devices.
